POST /mdp/http-loop/send

Sends one client-to-server MDP message through an existing HTTP loop session.

message must be a client-to-server message. callClient is not accepted here.

Typical messages sent here are:

• registerClient
• updateClientCatalog
• unregisterClient
• callClientResult
